Designed by architect Lia Maston, a new 2.5 story addition replacing the existing one-story Moose Factory at the rear of 22 Grange Ave is currently under construction. Once a funeral home, then a Chinese food warehouse, it became Charles’ Moose Factory studio and galleries in 1998 where he hosted exhibitions and events for twenty years. Construction of the new building began in Oct 2019. Completion is projected for February 2022.
